The ceramic miniatures produced in Fundação Castro Alves - Famalicão - are indeed beautiful. All the stages of producing this artifacts are manual. The Fundação also produces life size gorgeous ceramics.
If you can, I recommend a visit to the Museum of the Fundação Castro Alves, as all the pieces in display are unique and very authentic.
